Human touch is vitally important to our health and well being. In this episode I talk about social distancing, holding babies, and showing the love of Jesus through touch by missionaries at a leper colony.

You are so right on how holding a hand can help during pain. I was in hospital a while back with huge lesions on my legs that unfortunately had to be cleaned and dressed about every other day. The pain was unimaginable. I still tear up when I think about how bad it hurt. I had a nurse who called me her buddy who would come in during those times and hold my hand. It's like her spirit took on part of my pain, making it bearable. So I know from experience how important that human touch is.
