Cops don't want to hurt you.  How you react to cops has a lot to do with how they treat you.  I used to get pulled over by the cops a lot when I was a teenager!  I was scared every time, but never once was in fear for my life, and you shouldn't be either!

How To Stay Married

Marriage is a commitment.  You must commit to the commitment.  You won't always be happy.  Your spouse will disappoint you, or make you angry, or hurt you, but if you're committed to the commitment, you stay together.  The disappointment, anger, or hurt will pass and when it does, you will still be together.

Shame As A Verb

To shame someone is bullying and a way to hurt another person.  Christians used to be the masters at shaming others, using scripture to justify the shaming.  These days people use shaming to try to silence their political enemies, using words like racist, sexist, or phobic.
